A few weeks ago I ordered those smoking cessation filters [One Step at a Time]. A fantastic product! Thank you. I've tried quitting many times in the past but failed within a day or two. I found your 4 filter way to quit.....and I bought 2 of them. I tried it and within 6 weeks I had quit without turning into a wild maniac. And I also wasn't totally stressed by giving up something I had enjoyed for years. My husband still hasn't given up the habit but I can only hope he will find it as easy as I did.

Now believe me I still miss smoking but I know that I'm much better off for a longer life now that I have quit, and I'm enjoying spending the money I saved on some rather nice things for grand children and also myself.
